1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using tradersbrief.ai and its associated services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users worldwide. The Service is operated by Traders Brief Ltd, registered in England and Wales.

2. The Service

TradersBrief.AI provides AI-generated daily market intelligence briefs delivered via Telegram and our web platform. Our products include:

PropProtect — daily risk intelligence for funded traders
PropAdvance — performance intelligence for experienced funded traders
PropElite — concierge intelligence with AI analyst access
ForexBrief — daily forex market intelligence
Additional market briefs as they become available

    All content is market intelligence only. It is not financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument. You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make.
  

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service
You must be legally permitted to trade financial instruments in your jurisdiction
You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
The Service is not available where prohibited by local law

4. Subscriptions and payment

4.1 Free trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on all plans. No payment card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will not automatically renew unless you choose to subscribe.

4.2 Paid subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Current pricing:

PropProtect: £19/month
PropAdvance: £49/month
PropElite: £99/month

Prices are shown in GBP. Equivalent pricing in other currencies may be displayed via Stripe. Prices may change with 30 days notice to active subscribers.

4.3 Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms of service. We do not store payment card details.

4.4 Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer refunds on partial billing periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share, resell or redistribute our market briefs without written permission
Use the Service to create competing products or services
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape our AI models or data
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with others
Use automated tools to access the Service beyond normal use

6. Intellectual property

All content generated by TradersBrief.AI including market briefs, analysis, and platform content is owned by Traders Brief Ltd or licensed to us. You may use this content for your personal trading decisions only. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercialise our content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
Market intelligence provided will be accurate, complete or timely
Following our intelligence will result in profitable trades
The Service will meet your specific requirements

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Traders Brief Ltd shall not be liable for:

Any trading losses you incur, whether or not based on our market intelligence
Loss of profits, revenue, data or business opportunity
Indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages
Any losses arising from prop firm account breaches or challenge failures

Our total liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid in that period.

9. Market intelligence disclaimer

TradersBrief.AI is an information service, not a regulated financial adviser. Our briefs represent AI-generated analysis of publicly available market data and should not be construed as:

Financial advice or investment advice
A recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument
A guarantee of any particular market outcome
Advice specific to your personal financial situation

Past performance data shown on our platform is based on backtesting and does not guarantee future results. Trading financial instruments involves significant risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors.

10. Service availability

We aim to deliver briefs before each scheduled session. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery. Brief generation may occasionally be delayed due to technical issues, API outages or market events. We will notify subscribers of extended outages via Telegram.

11. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers of material changes with at least 14 days notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
